TAKING NEW CLIENTS AGES 13+

Are you questioning your beliefs, identity, or sense of self after leaving a restrictive environment or navigating a major life shift? Are you carrying shame or feeling disconnected from your body, needs, or emotions? You’re not alone. Healing from religious trauma, systemic harm, and life transitions can feel overwhelming, especially when old frameworks no longer fit. My approach is trauma-informed, intersectional, and rooted in liberation, and I support clients navigating religious trauma, reparenting, new parenthood, depression, PTSD, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll move at your pace, using compassion, honesty, and curiosity, to help you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentically yours.

I bring warmth, honesty, and a grounded, relational presence to each session, creating a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. As a trauma-informed, intersectional therapist, I specialize in supporting clients navigating religious or cult trauma, identity exploration, reparenting, new parenthood, and major life transitions, as well as experiences of depression, PTSD, and emotional overwhelm. I approach therapy through a liberation-focused lens, honoring the ways systems like capitalism, patriarchy, and oppression shape our mental health and lived experience. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you carrying pain, shame, or confusion while strengthening your capacity for self-trust, resilience, and connection. I integrate humor, compassion, and honest reflection into our work, along with frameworks such as harm reduction and Health at Every Size to support a more inclusive and affirming therapeutic space. I hope that through our work, you feel more grounded in yourself, more connected to your voice, and more empowered to build a life rooted in dignity, meaning, and authentic belonging.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to this work, I’d be honored to support you. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach, recognizing that your story is shaped by both your inner experiences and the world around you. Together, we’ll create a path that feels aligned with your values, autonomy, and sense of self. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into the room as we explore religious trauma, identity shifts, reparenting, life transitions, and experiences like depression, PTSD, or emotional overwhelm. I’ll sit with you through uncertainty, help you process pain and systemic impacts, and support you in reconnecting with your voice, your body, and your resilience. My hope is that through our work, you feel more grounded, more self-trusting, and more empowered to move through life with a deeper sense of dignity and belonging.
