TAKING NEW CLIENTS AGES 13+

Are you struggling with the weight of past trauma, navigating grief, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or life’s unexpected challenges? Do you find yourself questioning your self-worth, struggling to cope with painful experiences, or feeling unsure of how to move forward? You’re not alone. Trauma, loss, identity struggles, and emotional challenges can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. Healing is possible, and you deserve a space where your experiences are understood without judgment.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and genuine human connection. With over 11 years of experience in mental health, I support adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem challenges, and complex emotional experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoanalytic perspectives, and holistic practices to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your own pace, creating opportunities for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful growth.

I especially resonate with individuals who have experienced significant loss, complex trauma, or life circumstances that have left them feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or uncertain about their future. I am passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, and creating an inclusive space where everyone feels respected, valued, and heard. My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling empowered, more confident in yourself, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with compassion, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope.

I bring warmth, compassion, and genuine connection to each session, creating a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy, mindfulness, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, neurodivergence, spiritual exploration, and significant life transitions. I understand that these experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about your path forward. My goal is to offer therapy that feels collaborative, supportive, and deeply human, where your experiences are honored and your unique needs guide our work together.

My work is shaped by an appreciation for diverse identities, lived experiences, and the ways relationships, culture, and societal expectations influence our emotional well-being. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for individuals within LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and spiritual communities, recognizing that everyone’s journey toward healing and self-discovery is different.

Together, we’ll explore the emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be holding you back while nurturing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and self-compassion. Through mindfulness, meaningful reflection, creativity, and authentic connection, I hope to help you reconnect with your strengths, embrace who you are, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to continue your healing journey, I’d be honored to support you. I believe healing begins with compassion, understanding, and a safe space where you can share your experiences without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic, recognizing that our past experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world.

I bring warmth, empathy, curiosity, and genuine connection into each session as we explore trauma recovery, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. With over 11 years of experience in mental health, I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults who have experienced adversity, complex trauma, or difficult life circumstances. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment where individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ communities, feel respected, understood, and empowered.

I’ll walk alongside you through moments of uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and painful experiences while helping you recognize your strengths and develop healthier ways of coping. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoanalytic perspectives, and holistic wellness practices. Together, we’ll work toward understanding the impact of your experiences, building emotional resilience, and creating meaningful changes that support your well-being.

My hope is that through our work together, you feel heard, valued, and more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. I want to help you reconnect with yourself, find healing from past experiences, and move forward with greater self-compassion, inner strength, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
