Taking New Clients Ages 13+

Hi there! I am glad that you are thinking about therapy and I hope I can be here to help. As a therapist, I use a psychodynamic approach that is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. This means that I will meet you where you are, learn about your concerns and goals, and work with you to get to where you want to be. I see clients who are over 18, and my clients often experience symptoms of stress, anxiety and phobia, depression, and history of trauma.

I am a licensed associate clinical social worker (LSWAIC) in Washington State. My practice draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST). In addition to clinical trainings, my experience as an Asian American woman and a first-generation immigrant also informed my practice. I believe we are impacted by people and circumstances around us and I hope to be able to support you in navigating this complicated life we live in.
