Hello! I am a queer therapist specializing in LGBT+ mental health, with a focus in anxiety, relationships, neurodivergence, and education. I strive to create a safe, empowering space to examine internal and environmental patterns, identify opportunities for change, find meaning, and savor a more fulfilling life. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices including cognitive-processing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and is tailored to each person’s specific goals.

Appointments with me feel like a warm, collaborative conversation.

I enjoy the frequent work I do with adults exploring anxiety, gender, sexuality, autism, or non-monogamy, and navigating challenges in education and careers. Before I was a therapist, I worked in both STEM and art/design, and am familiar with the unique challenges in a variety of industries and education paths.

I know that finding a therapist is often a challenging experience, so I do what I can to make the process as easy as possible. I look forward to connecting.
