THEY/THEM

TAKING NEW CLIENTS AGES 13+

Are you questioning who you are, grieving past versions of yourself, or feeling lost in the “messy middle” of change? Do you feel exhausted by spaces where you’ve had to explain, justify, or minimize parts of yourself just to feel understood? You’re not alone. Navigating identity shifts, trauma, existential uncertainty, neurodivergence, grief, or spiritual exploration can feel disorienting, especially when old ways of relating to yourself or the world no longer fit.

My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in mindfulness, relational connection, and authenticity. I support clients navigating trauma recovery, anxiety, identity development, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions, while creating space for playfulness, creativity, tenderness, and curiosity along the way. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring what healing and self-understanding can look like outside of rigid expectations or overly clinical frameworks.

I especially resonate with clients who are longing for therapy that feels more human, genuine, and alive, a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the serious, uncertain, joyful, messy, and deeply feeling parts. My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel grounding, meaningful, compassionate, and authentically your own.

I bring warmth, humor, and a grounded relational presence to each session, creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself without pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in mindfulness, authenticity, and compassionate connection.

I especially resonate with clients navigating identity exploration, trauma recovery, existential questioning, neurodivergence, grief, spiritual exploration, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are seeking therapy that feels more genuine, collaborative, and human rather than overly clinical or rigid.

My work is informed by contemplative practice and relationships within queer, trans, neurodivergent, and spiritual communities. I approach therapy through an intersectional and affirming lens, honoring the ways lived experience, systems, and power dynamics shape our emotional worlds and sense of self.

Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring the parts of you carrying pain, uncertainty, or overwhelm while building greater self-trust, connection, and authenticity. I integrate mindfulness, creativity, honest reflection, and playfulness into the therapeutic process, with the hope that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through life with compassion and belonging.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to this work, I’d be honored to support you. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach, recognizing that healing is shaped by both our inner experiences and the world around us. Together, we’ll create a space that feels grounded, authentic, and aligned with your values and sense of self.

I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and honesty into the room as we explore identity shifts, trauma recovery, existential questioning, neurodivergence, grief, spiritual exploration, and major life transitions. I especially resonate with clients who are seeking therapy that feels more human, relational, and genuine rather than overly clinical or rigid.

I’ll sit with you through uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and questions of meaning and belonging while supporting you in reconnecting with your voice, your body, and your capacity for self-trust. My approach is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and affirming of queer, trans, neurodivergent, and spiritually diverse experiences.

My hope is that through our work, you feel more grounded in yourself, more connected to your inner world, and more able to move through life with compassion, authenticity, and a deeper sense of belonging.
