For individuals healing from religious trauma, identity shifts, body shame, or major life transitions who want therapy that is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in both self-exploration and embodied healing.

Are you untangling your beliefs after leaving a high-control or restrictive religious environment? Are you questioning your identity, your relationships, or even your sense of self? Are you carrying shame about your body, your sexuality, or your needs, and wondering how to feel at home in yourself again? You are not alone. Healing from religious trauma, body shame, and major life transitions can feel isolating and disorienting, especially when the frameworks that once guided you no longer fit. As humans, we long for autonomy, connection, and meaning,  and when those feel fractured, it can be hard to know where to begin. I invite you to take the next step and reach out so that together we can create space for healing, reclaim your voice, and build a life that feels aligned, embodied, and authentically yours.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and grounded presence to every session, creating a space where you can show up fully, without fear of judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are. As a humanistic therapist with advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I specialize in supporting clients navigating religious trauma, identity shifts, body shame, sexuality, and major life transitions. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, relational, and liberation-centered lens, honoring the ways systems, culture, and lived experience shape your story. Together, we’ll gently explore the parts of you that carry pain, doubt, or shame while strengthening the parts that hold clarity, resilience, and self-trust. I integrate body-aware practices and values-based reflection into our work, and I am currently pursuing sex therapy certification to further support clients exploring sexuality and embodiment. I hope that through our work, you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your autonomy, and more empowered to build a life aligned with your deepest truths.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been doing this work for years, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I bring a thoughtful and individualized approach to our work together, knowing that no two stories, identities, or healing processes are the same. We will collaborate to create a path forward that feels aligned with your values, your autonomy, and the life you want to build. I offer compassionate presence and deep curiosity to help you untangle inner conflicts, reconnect with your body and voice, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped you. I will sit with you in the uncertainty, celebrate your growth, and provide a steady, supportive space as you process pain, grief, or transition. Through gentle guidance and relational care, I hope that you leave our work feeling more empowered, self-trusting, and grounded in your own resilience.
