TAKING NEW CLIENTS AGES 13+

Are you having relationship issues, difficulty making a life decision, or lacking a sense of purpose or direction? Are you feeling lonely, misunderstood, or disconnected from others around you? Are you having difficulties communicating effectively, expressing your innermost desires, or forming strong, healthy, and supportive relationships? You are not alone. As humans, we crave intimacy and connection but so often that desire can become muffled and difficult to achieve. I invite you to take the next step and contact me so that together we can create a new life story, one that you’re proud to be living.

I bring warmth, compassion, and genuine empathy to every session, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I specialize in grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and PTSD, and approach therapy through a trauma-informed, holistic, and strength-based lens. I am trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy (Level I and II), and I center much of my relationship work around these principles. Together, we’ll explore the interconnectedness of your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, drawing on your innate resilience and capacity to heal. I incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques throughout our work to help you feel grounded and empowered as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and inner peace.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been in therapy for years, I would be honored to work with you! I provide experience and a diverse set of interventions in my practice catered to your individual needs and preferences for I know that no two people are the same or desire the same treatment. We will work together to help you create a path moving forward, one that brings you peace and vitality. I will offer empathic listening and curiosity in order to help you to define your inner struggles and establish a deep sense of understanding. I will join you while we celebrate your progress and provide a safe space as we discuss your pain. I will provide gentle guidance and support in order to help you to feel empowered and optimistic while reinforcing your internal strength and resources.
