THEY/THEM

TAKING NEW CLIENTS AGES 13+

Therapy for those in transition, on the margins, or just plain exhausted. Let’s make room for the version of you that’s emerging.

Clients can expect a thoughtful, grounded approach that meets them where they are—emotionally, neurologically, and culturally. We’ll move at your pace, blending somatic, relational, and evidence-based practices to support identity, healing, and long-term integration.

I understand what it means to live at the intersections—to question, to shift, to reclaim. I offer space that affirms all identities and honors each client’s sacred becoming.

My ideal client is someone who longs for change, even if they’re unsure where to start. They may be carrying emotional pain, self-doubt, or relational struggles—and they’re seeking a sense of safety, clarity, and direction. They want to feel more at home in themselves. My goal is to help them evolve with compassion, develop inner resilience, and find the tools they need to live more authentically and connected.
Kellie

For queer, Black, or rural clients who want real connection, not performance, and therapy that makes room for all your trauma and all your truth.

I specialize in trauma-informed care and support for individuals navigating PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), offering a grounded, compassionate space for healing. My practice is deeply affirming and inclusive, with additional focus areas including interpersonal challenges from a queer perspective, support around disordered eating, parenting children with increased emotional or behavioral needs, and navigating past or present involvement with the criminal justice system. I also work with neurodivergent professionals facing workplace stress, offer integration support for clients engaging in ketamine-assisted therapy, and provide nonjudgmental, affirming care for sex workers and individuals with alternative income lifestyles. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, understanding, and respect for your lived experience.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you’re becoming—you’re not alone. Together, we’ll make space for healing, growth, and clarity through life’s transitions. When you’re ready, I’m here.
