Taking New Clients Ages 13+

I wholeheartedly believe in therapy as a safe and welcoming place where everyone feels heard and respected. I’m committed to celebrating each client’s unique background, beliefs, and personal journey, always with an open heart and a curious mind. I’ve learned a lot from my dedicated work with those facing terminal illness, feeling self-doubt, and exploring our core beliefs and purpose. I am here to create a space where we can explore topics like spirituality, grief and loss, relational challenges, and identity, always keeping your story, values, and what truly matters to you at the center.

As a deep feeler myself, My path into therapy is shaped by my thirteen years of social work in hospice and palliative care. I bring a steady, calm and empathetic presence to the therapy room. Being present with those suffering profound loss, battling terminal diagnosis, navigating life’s challenging transitions, trauma induced experiences, and my own personal healing journey in therapy, have taught me how powerful it is to feel truly seen during difficult seasons, and that’s the foundation of my work. background and spirituality shape how I understand identity, loss, resilience, and healing. This combination of personal experience and clinical training allows me to connect authentically with clients, especially teens and adults, including women and military families, as they navigate grief, life changes, and emotional healing.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, and reaching out takes real courage. You don’t have to go through this alone. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can get to know each other, answer any questions, and see if working together feels right for you. I invite you to reach out and take this next step in your healing journey.

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to handle that alone. I offer a free, stress-free consultation call where we can connect and talk about what you’re hoping to achieve from therapy. Together, we can work toward reconnecting with your strength and supporting you as you move forward in your personal growth and healing journey.
