For adults and older teens navigating identity shifts, chronic stress, or long-standing emotional patterns, therapy that brings warmth, reflection, and collaboration. I offer affirming support for trans, queer, and neurodivergent clients seeking authenticity and self-understanding, as well as space for creatives and deep feelers processing burnout, self-doubt, or major life transitions.

TAKING NEW CLIENTS AGES 18+

Therapy for those living at the intersections navigating identity, chronic stress, or the weight of long-standing emotional patterns. Together, we’ll make space for the parts of you that have felt unseen or silenced.

Clients can expect a gentle, collaborative approach grounded in curiosity and care. My work draws from humanistic and feminist principles, integrating tools from CBT and motivational interviewing when they serve your goals. We’ll move at your pace, exploring what feels heavy while uncovering new ways of understanding and relating to yourself.

As a trans woman, I understand how identity, culture, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world. My practice is affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply inclusive. I take pride in holding space for trans women, queer and neurodivergent adults, creatives, and anyone seeking authenticity and healing that lasts.

A typical session might feel like a conversation, sometimes tender, sometimes challenging, always rooted in respect. I welcome feedback and believe therapy works best when your voice leads the way. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be real and supported enough to grow.

I know therapy can feel vulnerable at first, especially if you’ve been let down in the past. My role is to listen deeply, to meet you with warmth, and to help you find your own rhythm of healing. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and begin to cultivate lasting change, gently, intentionally, and at your own pace.

If you’ve felt misunderstood, burned out, or disconnected from your sense of self, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a place to find clarity, self-trust, and new possibilities. When you’re ready, I’m here.
