Hi there! My name is Caroline Colombo (she/her), I am a queer-identified therapist who specializes in LGBTQ+ mental health, with a focus in anxiety and relationships.

My approach to therapy involves developing a safe and collaborative relationship in which a client can explore mental health hopes and concerns while feeling supported as well as challenged to grow.
My theoretical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices including cognitive processing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with clients to examine their thoughts and actions, make changes, and create meaning. I always tailor my approach to the needs of each individual client.

My professional therapy background involves working with queer adults in outpatient mental health therapy, dealing with anxiety, neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, and relationships. Before I was a professional therapist, I worked in both STEM and art/design, so I am familiar with the unique challenges in a variety of industries. I am kink- and polyamory affirming.

My clients report that they find me easy to talk to, knowledgeable, flexible, and always validating of their concerns.
