This tailored approach recognizes that each individual is unique in their needs and aspirations, with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling, a life coach certification, and a Doctorate in Health and Wellness Leadership in progress, identifying the obstacles by challenging your belief system and breaking old behavioral patterns, we will navigate the complexities of being a human being shaped by life experiences. Working with someone who can facilitate personal growth is of utmost importance. I will guide you through the darkest times, helping you discover the brighter side.
I am a trained trauma therapist, and I often use EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing in my practice. In your first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. With these treatment types, we’ll examine how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience.
