Our Mission

At Intentional Spaces Psychotherapy, our mission is to provide a sustainable, supportive, community-centered workplace for clinicians to thrive because we understand online psychotherapy can be isolating. We put intentionality into every therapist we invite into the community because safety, inclusion, support, and ethics are of paramount importance. Currently, we serve clients in Washington State, from Seattle to Spokane, so we do require that applicants be licensed or license eligible in WA state (associate or full licensure).

Private practice can be isolating and overwhelming; we give you the tools and support you need to meet your career goals while we celebrate in community!

You Deserve Sustainability

If you’re committed to the idea of not causing harm, you must include yourself, too. Many of us entered into this profession with the goal of helping others and gaining insight about ourselves. We have those goals too, and we’re committed to continuing to cultivate a space where these goals become reality!

Working With Us

Building Community

No part of life happens in isolation, and with the increase in telehealth providers many of us have felt a separation from our peers. We provide spaces to share, connect, and consult to help shoulder the burden of our often heavy work! We host regular group-wide meetings, in-person gatherings, community networking events, and facilitated consultation groups because we want you to be more than just a face on the screen.

Supporting Sustainability

We strive to prevent burnout before it happens because healers deserve to feel cared for too. This work can be heavy, especially to shoulder alone, so we strive to provide a space that handles the logistics of clinical practice while you focus on the aspects that bring you joy! We achieve this goal through providing comprehensive support in insurance credentialing, filling your caseload, electronic health record support, marketing management, and peer consultation for career planning.

Inclusion and Learning

We are committed to the idea of creating a space that welcomes clinicians to learn from each other, pursue common therapeutic interests, and grow together. We offer flexible time commitment models and welcome a variety of licensure and educational backgrounds to inquire– we’re better together!
