How it works

Free 15-Minute Consultations

We offer a free 15-minute telehealth consultation to clients in Washington state! You can expect to talk about insurance, scheduling, or clinical fit with the therapist. If both the client and therapist feel that it is a good fit we’ll help guide you through the scheduling process and the associated logistics!

Insurance

We do our best to help provide affordable therapy with insurance, so we currently accept Aetna, First Choice Health Network, Premera, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Specific coverage will vary based on your individual plan.

We also offer superbillsbills for reimbursement for any out-of-network insurance provider.

Fee Scale

Individual therapy appointments are $180 per 50-minute session, and relationship therapy is $235 per 50-minute session.

Evaluations for letters of support for gender-affirming care are also available; please contact us to inquire about sliding scale rates and appointment details.

Good Faith Estimate Disclosure

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For additional information, you can also visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/Ending-Surprise-Medical-Bills or call 1 800 985 3059.
