About

Move with intention
toward healing

We are all a tapestry of experience, and we invite you to intentionally explore what beliefs, narratives, and perspectives you’ve internalized to re-write the story of your identity through love, compassion, and resilience.

Intentionally yours

You deserve a safe space to explore and celebrate every aspect of yourself.

We believe that hope, healing, and the creation of a life you feel excited to wake up to begins with the courage to get to know your authentic self!

Intentionally
safe

The nuances of religious trauma/deconstruction, LGBTQIA+ identities, and ethically non-monogamous relationship dynamics can feel daunting to explain to someone, especially in counseling sessions.

We believe that you deserve a trained trauma therapist who has expertise in these areas to alleviate the burden of feeling misunderstood.

Intentionally vulnerable

Sharing vulnerabilities may not have always gone well for you, even in previous counseling sessions, and that’s not something we take lightly.

We’re honored you’ve taken a step toward trusting us to help guide you toward healing with trained trauma therapists.

Not every therapist is for every person, and that’s okay! We strive to ensure the therapeutic relationship is a clinical and interpersonal fit because you deserve to feel comfortable, empowered, and understood.

Individual Therapy

Our individual counseling sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based practices, talk therapy, and trained trauma therapists to help you create and celebrate yourself outside of the context of models that no longer serve you.

Relationship/Couples Therapy

We use the term “relationship” therapy because we invite all types of relationship models (couples, polyamorous relationships, ethically nonmonogamy folks, etc.) into counseling sessions and talk therapy.

Our relationship/couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner(s) work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship. We’re here to provide the skills and space you need to see your relationship flourish.

Religious Trauma

Trauma Processing

No trauma is your fault, but it is your responsibility to heal– we’re here to help! Our trauma-informed therapists provide evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, CPT, DBT, and narrative-based therapy to help you achieve emotional freedom from the symptoms of trauma.

We treat many forms of trauma including Religious Trauma (Latter Day Saint/Mormon and Evangelical), domestic violence survivors, sexual trauma, and complex childhood trauma.

Our trained trauma therapists are here to walk with you along the journey, through counseling sessions uniquely tailored to you, finding your identity and creating self-trust in who you’re becoming.

LGBTQIA+ Identities + Sexuality

Many of us in the LGBTQIA+ community have inherited shame and guilt from our religion, culture, or family that we continue to carry with us. We live in a heteronormative, mono-normative culture that can feel intimidating and demoralizing when exploring queerness, identity, gender, sex, and intimacy.

There is a life of freedom and embodiment on the other side! Our therapists are honored to guide you toward hope, empowerment, and a life of Queer Joy!

Sex Therapy and Sexual Reclaiming
Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma Processing, OCD, Grief

Anxiety, Depression & PTSD

Many of our clients are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, (chronic) post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, or trauma processing.

We’re here to meet you where you’re at, guide you through counseling sessions, and guide you to where you want to go!

Teletherapy

We offer teletherapy counseling sessions for those who prefer the convenience of virtual therapy in Washington State from Seattle to Spokane! Currently, we do not see clients in-person. Our teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially via HIPAA secure connections.
