Meet the Founder

Hi there! I’m Liz Frost, LICSW, MSW and founder of Intentional Spaces. With over a decade of experience, my work is rooted in trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy that helps people reclaim their stories, reconnect with themselves, and build lives that feel aligned and alive.

I created Intentional Spaces to offer something different—a warm, intentional practice where healing feels personal, relational, and real. I specialize in complex trauma, religious trauma, queer identity exploration, and emotional attunement. I bring a grounded, compassionate, and direct presence in therapy and leadership. I walk beside you trough the fog to rediscover and empower you to become who you’ve been all along.

As a therapist and leader, I hold space for brave work and bold transformation. Whether you’re untangling old patterns, exploring who you really are, or learning how to trust yourself again—this is a place for you.

You are welcome here, and we’re honored to meet you.

Connect

We're invested in helping you build your practice, fill your caseload, and create community!

We’re committed to creating sustainability for clinicians by providing the logistic, administrative, and community of therapists you need to do the work you’re actually passionate about. Mental health work is emotionally taxing, and you deserve to be supported too! Our goal is to help prevent burnout, reach your practice goals, and build a community of people who get it.

As the Founder

I created Intentional Spaces to be just that, Intentional. This work can be heavy, especially to shoulder alone, so I created a space that handles the logistics of private practice while providing a community center for connection and community with other clinicians. I’ve structured this group to intentionally center sustainability and prevent burnout before it happens because exemplary client care begins with self-care.
